Reservation Confirmation

Once credit card details and/or payment are received, your reservation is confirmed and subject to the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy

Credit card details are required to secure all reservations at Origine. Should you cancel your reservation within 12 hours of your booking time or fail to attend, a cancellation charge of $100 will automatically apply.

Dining with Children

Children of all ages are welcome at Origine under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We kindly ask that children remain respectful of other dining guests.

Gift Vouchers

Origine Gift Cards are accepted for lunch and dinner, excluding special event days (such as Valentine’s Day or New Year’s Eve) or events requiring pre-payment.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept cash, debit card, credit card, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.

Public Holiday Surcharge

A 15% surcharge applies to all food and beverage prices on public holidays.

Food & Beverage Policy

Outside food and beverages, including cakes, are not permitted at Origine unless prior approval has been granted.
